Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the industrial hydraulic components market.

About the Role
This is a home-based role that requires regular customer visits throughout the sales region. You will have a strong network of customers who buy hydraulic components e.g., machine tool manufacturers, food processing, oil and gas, power, energy, gas turbine manufacturers, machine builders, metal cutting and forming and injection moulding, industrial hydraulic distributors and hydraulic system integrators. Reporting directly into the UK Managing Director, you will map out and segment the industrial hydraulics market and take full responsibility for growing this market.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have external sales experience from an associated sector (i.e., hydraulics, pumps, valves, fluid dynamics), a mechanical engineering background providing realistic earnings £85,000+ plus fantastic career progression within a large multi-Billion manufacturing group. A strong strategic thinker with exceptional ability to develop relationships, manage key accounts, and develop new business is required. Excellent communication skills to engage with a wide variety of levels and a proven track record of business-to-business sales are also essential.

What We Offer
A world leading manufacturer of hydraulic components offers a competitive salary of £45,000 to £70,000 Basic salary (experience dependent) plus benefits including Home Office, Company Car, Pension, Laptop, Mobile Phone, Credit Card and Bonus, on target earnings £80,000+.
