About the Role

This Onboarding Process Coordinator position is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Total Training Provision in Liverpool. As an integral part of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of learners and employers onto our online learning platform eassessor.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Co-ordinate and administer the onboarding process, including employer and learner liaison.
  2. Validate paperwork, identify potential risks, and escalate them to the Line Manager as necessary.
  3. Support induction days, providing excellent customer service to learners and employers.

The successful candidate will have proven track record in delivering strong client service, ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
