About the Role
As an Enrolment Officer at Total Training Provision, you will be responsible for ensuring that learners and employers are successfully onboarded onto our online learning platform eassessor. This involves conducting initial interviews, liaising with employers and learners, and maintaining accurate records of onboarding progress. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in onboarding, excellent analytical skills, and strong customer focus and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting initial interviews with prospective learners
- Liaising with employers and learners to ensure eligibility for requested programs of learning
- Maintaining accurate records of onboarding progress
- Validating paperwork and ensuring timely processing, logging, and issue of learner paperwork and certification
- Identifying potential risk and escalating these to Line Manager
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering a strong level of client service from start through to completion of a client onboarding. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to build and cultivate good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A driving license is also a requirement for this role.
