Total Training Provision is seeking an Administrative Enrollment Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. As an Enrolment Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the onboarding process for all Learners and Employers onto qualifications using our online learning platform eassessor.

About the Role

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Employers and Learners: You will build relationships with employers and learners to ensure they have a seamless experience when enrolling onto our qualifications.
  • Onboarding Process Management: You will manage the onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Pipeline Coordination: You will maintain records of onboarding progress and periodically report on the status of prospective learners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in onboarding and possess excellent administrative skills. You should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively, work within tight deadlines, and demonstrate a high level of customer service.

You will need to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.

A driving license is required for this role, and you should be familiar with educational databases. A commitment to supporting cultures that embody positive change, continuous improvement, health and safety, safeguarding, and equality is also essential.

Total Training Provision offers a competitive salary of £23,400 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
