About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enrolment Officer to join our team at Total Training Provision. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of learner and employer registration onto qualifications using our online learning platform eassessor.

Based in Liverpool, Bootle L20 3EF, this full-time position offers a competitive salary band of £23,400 - 25k per annum, with a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, extra Christmas shopping day, and additional leave on birthdays and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all learner enrolment activities, ensuring accurate completion of funding paperwork.
  • Maintain records and periodically report on onboarding status of prospective learners.
  • Manage own diary, plan travel time, and update on changes impacting future appointments.
  • Support induction days to minimize processing time of eligible learners.
  • Validate paperwork, contact learners and/or employers to resolve eligibility queries.
  • Collate data on stakeholder expectations and identify potential risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in onboarding, with a proven track record in delivering high levels of client service.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks within tight timeframes and work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clear solutions.
  • IT proficiency, with experience in educational databases.
