Enrolment Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enrolment Officer to join our team at Total Training Provision. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the onboarding process for all learners and employers onto qualifications using our online learning platform eassessor.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Learner Enrolment: Support all learner enrolment activities, ensuring accurate completion of funding paperwork and maintaining records of onboarding status.
  2. Pipeline Coordination: Maintain records and periodically report on onboarding status of all prospective learners.
  3. Diary Management: Manage your own diary, plan travel time, and update on changes that may impact future appointments.
  4. Induction Support: Support induction days to minimize processing time of eligible learners.
  5. Validation and Verification: Conduct validation checks on paperwork and contact learners and/or employers to support eligibility assessment and resolution of any eligibility queries.
  6. Data Collection: Collate data on stakeholder expectations and identify potential risks to escalate to the Line Manager.
  7. Professional Development: Undertake regular professional development activities as agreed by the Delivery & Performance Manager to ensure CPD status is maintained.
  8. Paperwork and Certification: Ensure timely processing, logging, and issue of learner paperwork/certification.
Essential Criteria:
  1. Prior Experience: Prior experience in onboarding is essential, with a proven track record in delivering a strong level of client service from start to completion of a client onboarding.
  2. Prioritization and Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work within tight and changeable timeframes.
  3. Client Service: Strong customer focus and relationship management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solver, able to listen to client and stakeholder requirements, anticipate, eliminate, mitigate, escalate issues as appropriate.
  5. IT Proficiency: IT proficiency with experience in the use of educational databases.
  6. Commitment: A commitment to supporting cultures that embody positive change, continuous improvement, health and safety, safeguarding, and equality.
