We are seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Total Training Provision. As an Enrolment Officer, you will play a vital role in the onboarding process for learners and employers onto our qualifications using our online learning platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for supporting learner enrolment activities, conducting enrolment activities with accurate completion of funding paperwork, and maintaining records of onboarding status.
- Additionally, you will manage your diary, plan travel time, and update on changes that may impact future appointments.
- You will also support induction days, validate paperwork, contact stakeholders to resolve eligibility queries, and collate data on stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Onboarding is essential, along with the ability to prioritise tasks within tight and changeable timeframes.
- You should have a proven track record in delivering strong levels of client service and building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Confident, driven, and self-motivated individuals with excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are required.
- A commitment to supporting cultures that embody positive change, continuous improvement, health and safety, safeguarding, and equality is necessary.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £24,400 - 26k per annum, plus additional benefits such as total leave (35 days), health insurance, and discounts through Bright Exchange.
