Care Service Manager

Daytime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Care Manager to oversee the development of their Bootle branch.
About the RoleThis leadership position requires excellent communication skills, commercial business acumen, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to cope with pressure and change.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the development of a high-quality private domiciliary care service for older people in the local area.
- Manage two services, ensuring exceptional service delivery and workload management.
- Act as the Registered Manager, overseeing regulated activities and networking in the local community.
- Promote the highest standards of care and service, recruiting and training care professionals.
- Converting new client enquiries and coordinating staffing rotas.
- Care planning and conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managing a team, making sure that exceptional service is delivered to clients and workloads are managed accordingly.
- Ensuring successful operation of quality control systems and performing quality assurance visits for clients.
- Continually reviewing and improving processes to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
- Effectively managing complaints and incidents, carrying out investigations and using findings to initiate improvements.
- Excellent communication skills.

- A clear enhanced DBS certificate.
- A clean driving license.
- Acceptable as a Registered Manager to CQC satisfaction.

- A strong knowledge of the requirements of the Care Standards regulations.
- The ability to create and maintain administrative systems.
- The ability to recruit, select, and effectively supervise a dispersed workforce.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
