Market Development Manager, Northern Europe

CHEP, a global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking an experienced Market Development Manager to drive growth in Northern Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, working closely with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve our growth aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market development strategy to drive growth across all CHEP business units in the UKI.
- Collaborate with commercial, finance, and supply chain teams to gather insights and inform business decisions.
- Design and implement new service offers to enhance our existing product portfolio and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of our market development initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful market strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and driving business outcomes.
