Strategic Partnerships Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Marketing Specialist to drive customer retention through marketing activities in support of our business objectives in Europe. This role will be responsible for creating marketing content that articulates the business value proposition to retain & grow with European Strategic Partnership accounts.
The ideal candidate will have experience of planning and executing B2B marketing solutions, strategies, and programmes. They should also be proficient in Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc) and have excellent interpersonal skills/savvy and culture awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create marketing content to deliver targeted & measurable campaigns that deliver on the EU Retention strategy, working with agencies where needed.
- Apply Account Based Marketing principles as needed on European Strategic Partnerships and support with Executive content for C-suite Customer meetings.
- Support contract renewal, primarily for EKA, European Strategic Partnerships tender & Top to Top including content creation.
- General responsibilities include creating connections with customers to gain referrals and renewals, collaborating with sales and marketing personnel to ensure consistent messaging, and obtaining customer feedback from customer service & customer insights teams to inform campaigns & strategy.
- Serve as brand champion, ensuring that marketing programmes and activities are executed infusing brand compliance and coordinated with global initiatives and programs.
- Align with key internal stakeholders and commercial team members and leverage customer interactions for content idea sourcing, staying aware of industry-related topics and trends for developing original content that articulates the EU business value proposition to retain & grow with the EU strategic accounts.
- Administration of budget & supplier coordination.
- Participate in European or Global retention or customer experience projects from international teams within local countries where required.
- Regularly report on progress against plan with clear Metrics on all activities (digital and non-digital).
- Maintain Monday.com workflow tool with accurate timelines, dependencies, descriptions, and execution channels.
Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Degree equivalent in Marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
