About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Individual Contributor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital initiatives forward and ensuring the successful implementation of our digital strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Marketing, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least 1 day per quarter in our Addlestone office. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
  • Design and initiate activation plans to translate digital strategy into execution and value realization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital strategy and implementation.
Salary Range

$130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
