Corporate Tax Role in Weybridge
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our client, a growing firm in the Surrey area. As a CTA-qualified professional, you will be responsible for advising on complex tax planning work, including corporate restructurings, share option schemes, and managing the tax aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have strong corporate tax expertise, experience managing a team, and proven client relationship skills. A proactive approach to business development and identifying new opportunities is essential.
This role offers excellent career progression opportunities, with a diverse portfolio and exposure to a growing number of mergers and acquisitions from a planning perspective.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
As the Corporate Tax Manager, you will lead a small and growing tax team, mentoring and developing staff while ensuring smooth operations. Our client offers a generous package, including hybrid working, flexible hours, a generous holiday package, and private healthcare.
