Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive adoption and implementation across digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management practices, timelines, and communications, ensuring seamless program execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and measure success metrics, monitor change processes, and identify adoption measurement metrics.
  • Develop and run best practices forums to support building transformational capabilities, ensuring adoption and best-in-class performance.

As an Agile Change Management Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in communication and adoption to drive high-impact results across multiple programs. Your role is critical in ensuring comprehensive change management across Astellas' digital transformation, including the transition to agile operating principles and the implementation of the Brands at the Center model.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in change management, communication, and adoption within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of leading project-based initiatives and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Strong commercial business experience, including customer engagement and omnichannel strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and manage senior leaders and key stakeholders.
