Job Description

At Brambles, we're looking for a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our global security portfolio. As the Global Cybersecurity Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering our overall Security program portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies across multiple areas of scope, driving transformational security improvements enterprise-wide.
  • Maintain strong partner relationships, advising senior leadership on cyber risks and evangelizing information security across the organization.
  • Operationalize and improve security governance structure and reporting, partnering with various teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Coordinate project assurance of key initiatives, performing risk management in strict alignment with other teams.
  • Support the design and implementation of a Cyber Risk Program, incorporating insights from project assurance and key business strategy elements.
  • Lead Information Security Assessments across locations, applications, and security processes, identifying security gaps and defining risk-reduction actions.
  • Work with global teams to ensure policies, standards, and control frameworks consider regional nuances responding to local laws and regulations.
  • Strengthen ownership and awareness of Information Security through continuous trainings and awareness campaigns globally.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in change management and risk governance, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Effective as a change agent and influencer across organizations and regions, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, diplomacy, and leadership abilities to empower multi-functional teams.
  • Experience implementing information security programs in a global environment, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Benefits
