Your Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Delivery Lead to manage and deliver successful end-to-end projects or work streams within our business. As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project scope and objectives, identifying options for delivery and preparing project documentation and plans.
  • Define and deliver IT solution requirements, monitoring their implementation.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent results.
  • Establish effective working methods for IT solution delivery teams.
  • Create schedules and work packages for project teams.
  • Ensure smooth handovers of responsibility for IT solutions to business-as-usual support.
  • Foster strong business relationships and advise on relevant standards, methods, tools, and applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve diverse objectives.
  • Maintain accountability for meeting technical, project, and supervisory objectives.
  • Delegate project responsibilities and influence resource allocation.
  • Make decisions impacting project success, including results, deadlines, and budgets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT-focused role, with significant experience managing or influencing technical staff and projects.
  • Proven track record of improving customer experiences and working within matrix structures.
  • Desirable: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; project management certification (PMP or CAPM) from PMI; Scrum Master Certification; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings program, and paid time off.
