Life Science Sector Project Manager

Kier Group is looking for an experienced MEP Project Coordinator to lead a new project in the Life Science sector. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery from initial bid stage to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

About the Role:

  • Project delivery from initial bid stage to completion.
  • Meet company objectives post-contract.
  • Contribute to pre-contract requirements focusing on customer care and business excellence.
  • Report on project performance and finance to the Operations Director.
  • Identify and manage project risks with effective mitigation measures.
  • Oversee the procurement and delivery of subcontractor and supplier packages.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality management procedures by the supply chain.
  • Lead the MEP delivery team, including QA, design, procurement, commercial, installation, commissioning, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement and comply with Kier's SHE policy, procedures, legal requirements, and best practices.

Earning Potential: A competitive salary is offered for this role, estimated to be around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
