We are looking for a motivated and organized Building Assessments Coordinator to join our team at Kenna Recruitment Ltd. As a Group Production Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing instructions to consultants and ensuring the smooth progression of building investigations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with multiple stakeholders, including Responsible Entities' representatives and management companies. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of assessments and reports to ensure delivery on programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in legal aspects of project management while developing knowledge in building safety. We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
