As a School Chaplaincy Lead, you will play a vital role in pioneering new initiatives that bring young people closer to God. Working closely with schools, parishes, and the Diocese, you will help establish new mission activities, organize worship gatherings, and build relationships with local churches.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing new mission activities that engage young people
  • Liaising with school staff and parishioners to develop effective partnerships
  • Coordinating worship gatherings to promote spiritual growth and community building
  • Mentoring and supporting apprentice youth leaders to develop their skills

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Theology, youth ministry, or youth work, and experience in leading worship and developing missional youth ministries.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
