About the Position:

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Administrator to join their Special Projects team as a Group Production Administrator. This fixed-term contract opportunity offers a chance to gain experience in legal aspects of project management and develop knowledge in building safety, with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate instructions to consultants, including purchasing and appointments.
  • Work closely with representatives to progress necessary licenses and agreements for building investigations.
  • Track and report assessment progress against program deadlines.
  • Arrange and attend pre-start meetings as required.
  • E nsure timely dissemination of information within the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position, based on the UK's leading Tier 1 Developer location, is around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
