Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator to join our fantastic team in Byfleet. This role involves processing and managing invoices for clients and the business, handling internal communications, inputting data accurately into the company's systems, tracking deliveries and shipments, and performing general administrative duties to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage invoices for clients and the business
• Handle all internal communications, including fax, emails, post, and telephone calls
• Input data accurately into the company's systems including invoice management
• Track deliveries and shipments, ensuring smooth operations
• Manage incoming office calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain office supplies, including stationary orders
• Welcome and assist visitors as the first point of contact for the office
• Perform general administrative duties to support the team

Requirements:
