Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure seamless support and care for students.
  • Assist students with daily living skills and personal care, helping them become independent individuals.
  • Contribute to the academic and social development of students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in psychology or a related field. Experience working with neurodiverse individuals is highly valued, and a passion for supporting students' unique needs is essential.
