Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and committed individual to join our learning support team as a Learning Support Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

The successful candidate will have experience or interest in supporting pupils with disabilities and Special Educational Needs (SEN). Qualifications are not essential, but a willingness to learn and grow is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN in a specialist provision
  • Assisting teachers in delivering educational programs
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £12.90 per hour, plus 6.5 hours with a half-hour unpaid lunch break
  • A three-form entry site with children aged 11 to 16
  • An opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals

We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
