">We are seeking an exceptional Support and Development Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement support plans for neurodiverse children and young people.
">Responsibilities
">- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to design and implement effective support strategies.
- Provide individualized support to students, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Contribute to the development of resources and materials to enhance student engagement and motivation.
- Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
">The successful candidate should possess a degree in psychology or a related field and have experience working with neurodiverse individuals. A strong understanding of child development and learning theories is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development, a supportive work environment, and access to cutting-edge resources and technology.
