In a dynamic organization like Office Angels, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an Academic Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating team meetings, ensuring smooth logistics, and effective communication. Your excellent organizational skills will help manage documents and presentations, handle purchasing and contracting tasks, assist with onboarding new hires, maintain filing systems, and provide secretariat support.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you should possess good written and verbal communication skills, be able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and be discreet when handling confidential information.
