Temporary HR Advisor Role in Surrey

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function and delivering a comprehensive range of HR services to employees.

About the Role

This is a temporary contract opportunity that requires a dedicated HR Advisor to work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contribute to HR Policy Development
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
Ensure Compliance
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
Support Performance Management
  • Provide advice on performance issues and assist with performance improvement plans.
Maintain Employee Records
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure seamless data management.
Create Engaging Content
  • Review and summarise key points from HR-related documents to create engaging content for employees.

Requirements

  1. Proven Experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role is essential for this position.
Knowledge of HR Practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law is crucial for success in this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required for administrative tasks.

About the Salary

The salary range for this temporary contract is estimated to be between £138 per day and £153 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
