Temporary HR Advisor Role in Surrey
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function and delivering a comprehensive range of HR services to employees.
About the Role
This is a temporary contract opportunity that requires a dedicated HR Advisor to work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to HR Policy Development
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
- Provide advice on performance issues and assist with performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure seamless data management.
- Review and summarise key points from HR-related documents to create engaging content for employees.
Requirements
- Proven Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role is essential for this position.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law is crucial for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required for administrative tasks.
About the Salary
The salary range for this temporary contract is estimated to be between £138 per day and £153 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
