Kier Group is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead project planning activities across the Pre Construction & Construction Delivery Teams.

The role will involve creating, updating and amending construction plans to meet project requirements. You will work closely with project leads to produce fully integrated programmes incorporating all disciplines, including design, commercial and construction teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing information for tender settlements, including benchmarking and reviewing subcontractor programme/logistics information to ensure compliance with contract conditions.
  • Producing site logistics, scaffold schedules, temporary power and water requirements, and temporary work schedules.
  • Creating monthly client progressed programmes and supporting narrative for review and approval by project leads.

This role requires a strong background in construction planning, gained within the main contractor environment. Experience with Asta Powerproject software and Bluebeam (or similar) is essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of JCT & NEC contract conditions and be able to implement requirements on project programmes.

We're looking for a skilled professional who can develop claims and CE's. If you have a solid history of working on tenders and live projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
