Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring application progress to maintain adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Ensuring data integrity within IT systems and handling queries promptly.
  • Contributing to quality management by updating SOPs and other documentation.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties like compiling figures, taking meeting notes, and supporting project work.

As an Executive Officer in the Application Management Team at VMD, you will be responsible for managing application processes, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance. You will play a key role in upholding the reputation of our client, Brook Street.

Requirements:
  • Fluent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A successful candidate will be subject to a basic DBS.

£17.96 per hour. On-Site Requirement: Minimum 60% on-site presence required. Contract: Temporary assignment, current end date 04/05/2025 with possibility of extension. Hours: Full-Time (37 hours per week). Location: Woodham Lane, New Haw, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 3LS.
