Are you a highly organised and motivated individual looking for a new challenge? Amber Employment Services has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant to support their recruitment campaigns within the business.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week on a hybrid basis with three days in the office and two working remotely.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Preparing and issuing recruitment campaign documentation
    2. Liaison with recruiting managers, external stakeholders, agencies and candidates
    3. Communication regarding staff changes
    4. Administration for joiners, internal transfers and leavers
    5. Collaboration with the HR team on ad-hoc projects
    6. Managing the mailbox

You'll need to be confident with MS Office - using Word, Excel, and Outlook. This assignment will suit you if you're a natural organiser and able to multi-task with the ability to prioritise to meet project goals.

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum. Free parking is available, and there is a cafeteria on site. Running until the end of March 2025, there is the possibility that this temporary assignment will get extended.
