Landscape Architect Assistant

We are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our team at Madisons Recruitment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of landscape design and the ability to effectively liaise with other professionals on the project.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting research to identify suitable and cost-effective products for projects
- Creating detailed schedules of works from project plans
- Liaising with suppliers to source materials and equipment
- Completing quantity take-offs to ensure accurate project timelines
Requirements for the role include:
- Strong IT skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with other professionals on the project
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience of using Sketchup and Lumion (desirable)
- Good understanding of building regulations and standards as applicable to landscape projects (desirable)
- Ability to produce clear working drawings for construction, including sections and construction details (desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of landscape designations (desirable)
- Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to project sites
- Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the project location
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
