**Job Description**:
Position Purpose

Lead and deliver a Data Flows and Accessibility Programme (DFA), with a $5m+ budget, that will transform the global enterprise integration layer which links our internal / external company’s technologies and connects our core data to end users and external partners/customers. This DFA programme will deliver a streamlined integration platform strategy including a catalogued set of scalable and reusable interfaces that securely connects all Brambles’ systems and data consumers along with the governance and best design practices a modern efficient integration platform requires. This programme will include an initial assessment of existing technologies and processes to assist with the planning the technologies and skillsets needed for the future landscape.

Major / Key Accountabilities
- Establish and lead an effective programme management structure for one or more Brambles Enterprise Programmes in accordance with the programme framework, including:

- Leading successful delivery of all key milestones and deliverables
- Management of programme budget within allocated scope
- Identifying and managing dependencies, risks and issues and driving corrective actions
- Accountability for programme key decision log.
- Establish effective programme governance, implement standardised tools, methodologies, and processes to enforce best practices, maintain compliance, provide actionable reporting, and ensure clear decision making.
- Ensure programme has comprehensive change management plan and benefits realisation plan
- Provide programme reporting capabilities tracking overall performance, risk/issue management and benefits realisation
- Resource management - ensure programme has a detailed resource plan and forecast to ensure key resources are available when needed
- Dotted line management of matrix programme teams - managing performance and providing guidance and coaching to develop capability and ensure programme delivery
- Accountable for presentation materials to be used in key governance forums and updates to ELT, Sponsors and senior stakeholders
- Hold senior stakeholders to account as to their responsibility to the programme and timely and effective decision making
- Champion the value of effective programme management across the business and drive adoption of best practice approaches

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field, Masters preferred or equivalent combination of education/experience.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.

Experience
- 5+ years successfully leading and delivering complex muti-million IT programmes on time and on budget
- Specific experience with delivering integration programmes and strategies end to end from concept inception to production
- In-depth knowledge of data and system integration technology and terminology
- Fundamental understanding of data integration best practices and programme challenges Proven track record of building relationships and influencing at senior management/executive-level within large organizations and of building and managing excellent business-wide relationships at all levels of an organization
- Proven track record of leading remote, cross-functional, teams across multiple continents within a multi-partner ecosystem that deliver successful outcomes
- Experience working within an ITIL framework
- Functional understanding of integration financial management, business case development, and annual budget preparation
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills that lead to successful outcomes
