">The successful candidate will provide first-class helpdesk support, system administration, and proactive assistance to our clients and suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, using excellent communication skills to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
">Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely delivery of client helpdesk support and system administration tasks.">
- Continuously expand knowledge of the system modules and functionality to provide maximum assistance to clients and colleagues.">
- Collaborate closely with field-based internal and external client account managers to achieve seamless service delivery.">
- Efficiently manage and escalate helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and setting priority where necessary.">
- Provide exceptional 'first point of contact' phone and email support to our customers.">
- Support, train, and assist newly enrolled team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.">
- Maintain high performance targets for efficiency, customer service, and quality.">
Essential Skills and Qualifications

- Strong administrative and computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).">
