Job Description: Administrative and Financial Services Coordinator

Fletcher George Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and organized individual to take on a variety of administrative and financial tasks.

As an Administrative and Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing financial support to our accounting department, and assisting with special projects as needed. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide financial support to our accounting department, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Assist with special projects, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a great benefits package, including car parking, to support your well-being and career growth.
