Senior Project Manager

Crest Nicholson plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team in the South Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making a profit by acquiring land and planning, designing, constructing, and selling dwellings in accordance with the company's operating policies and controls.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To assist and cooperate with the Land Department in the investigation and acquisition of development sites.
- To be responsible for the preparation of detailed constructional drawings and the negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals.
- To identify and resolve technical design and constructional problems.
- To assist in the supervision and administration of the Company Technical function.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge base from a technical design background of either architectural or civil engineering.
- Educated to HNC/HND in a construction-related qualification.
- Knowledge of the housebuilding industry, preferably gained with a high-volume house builder.
- Exposure to mix-use/commercial schemes.
- Experience in concrete, steel, and traditional masonry build.
