We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our care professionals to deliver exceptional care services to our clients, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support care consultations, service reviews, and completing client support plans
  • Conduct staff supervisions and client QA's
  • Create, update, and audit client care plans
  • Maintain accurate client and care professional records on our software system
  • Conduct client and care professional introductions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care
  • Carry out client reviews and action these accordingly
  • Support and mentor care professionals
  • Provide support to the Client Experience team
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and care professionals
Requirements:
  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services
  • Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes
  • A full and clear UK driver's license
  • Reliable access to a fully insured car
  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • Prior care experience and completion of a Care Certificate
  • Minimum qualification level of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Working Arrangements:
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm
  • One night per week on call and one weekend in four on call
