**The Opportunity**:
As a Content Specialist you will enhance Astellas’ ability to meet diverse customer and segment needs by providing direct operational efficiency throughout the lifecycle of content and campaigns.

You will be a key working partner with many functions and stakeholders including strategic marketing brand team partners, medical affairs, global ABC review team, affiliate marketing partners, external agencies, OSO, Content Factory, and others as required. Furthermore, you will be responsible for following all global processes, serve as a liaison and SME for global ways of working and other organization content capabilities including content planning, content creation such as modular content, content production, ABC/MLR review and approval, and content distribution to ensure streamlined operations, efficiency, and compliance.

The scope of this role is to the global brand team and will operate in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, requiring a high capacity to deliver across multiple ongoing projects at one time.

**Key Activities for this role**:

- Support the SBM in creative content development to support omnichannel campaigns.
- Create document placeholders and be responsible for entering and tracking projects through the ABC/MLR process, Project, and document owner role.
- Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders (agency partners, Marketing) to ensure marketing materials are tracking against timeline.
- Manage relationship with and maintain expertise in Astellas content platforms: Veeva content portals, Astellas elements, modular content, Activator, G4L, Content Factory.
- Pull Veeva metrics to ideate on ABC/MLR process improvement and serve as advocate and champion for MLR transformation projects to deliver an accelerated speed to market and seeking process efficiencies in the development and approval processes for content while remaining 100% in compliance.

**Essential Knowledge & Experience**:

- Ability to understand the brand strategy and objectives and translate the brand key messaging per target customer profile into tangible content pieces.
- Deep understanding of content marketing and omnichannel customer engagement.
- Create/update compelling and concise copy that effectively communicates key messages and resonates with the target audience.
- Excellent project, program, and portfolio management skills in a digital domain, with attention to detail, sense of urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with team members, management, and internal/external partners.
- Fluent in written and spoken business English.

**Educations/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Additional information**:
