We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Community Relations and Customer Services Coordinator at Crest Nicholson plc. In this role, you will contribute to improving resident experience of remediation by monitoring and analysing feedback from resident questionnaires, and liaising with technical and build colleagues as well as external contractors.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing customer services protocols for ensuring any remediation-related customer-facing issues are tracked on Crest's customer services systems. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will enable you to effectively communicate with residents, management companies, and internal stakeholders.

A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to rewarding effective and loyal employees. This role offers a wide range of benefits, including company bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, and gym membership discounts.
