Human Resources Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to support our client's dynamic team in Surrey.
Job Description:
- Accountable for providing project management support for various HR projects across HR Operations and broader HR teams.
- Ensure effective governance of HR projects, including reporting standards for steering committee, executive, and board meetings.
- Communicate effectively with HR members through common communication plans and activities.
- Develop selection criteria for PMO support from the central team.
- Create a project dashboard to share with stakeholders, reporting on project delivery against agreed benefits.
- Provide expertise and planning support to global HR teams for key strategic initiatives/projects.
- Serve as quality control and advisory point for projects staffed with central resources, offering ongoing support, including scope agreement, progress evaluation, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Project Management Tools and Techniques.
- Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, including technology and process.
- Familiarity with KPIs and data analysis.
- Extensive HR process and transaction experience.
- Knowledge of HR metrics and their application.
- Experience with HRIS applications and complementary HR software solutions.
