We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to support our client's dynamic team in Surrey.

Job Description:

  • Accountable for providing project management support for various HR projects across HR Operations and broader HR teams.
  • Ensure effective governance of HR projects, including reporting standards for steering committee, executive, and board meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with HR members through common communication plans and activities.
  • Develop selection criteria for PMO support from the central team.
  • Create a project dashboard to share with stakeholders, reporting on project delivery against agreed benefits.
  • Provide expertise and planning support to global HR teams for key strategic initiatives/projects.
  • Serve as quality control and advisory point for projects staffed with central resources, offering ongoing support, including scope agreement, progress evaluation, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Project Management Tools and Techniques.
  • Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, including technology and process.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and data analysis.
  • Extensive HR process and transaction experience.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics and their application.
  • Experience with HRIS applications and complementary HR software solutions.
