Job Title: HR & Facilities Officer
About the JobThis is a fantastic opportunity to work as a dedicated HR Advisor on a temporary basis for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR function and delivering a comprehensive range of HR services to employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HR systems to support the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on performance management and development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Review and summarise complex HR information for easy understanding by employees.
- Contribute to the review of content on local SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £140-155 per day, depending on location and experience.
