Service Delivery Team Lead

**Job Overview**
As a Service Delivery Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our service desk at Jobheron, a leading workplace technology services company. You will lead a team of customer support specialists, overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and ensuring timely resolution of service requests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of customer support specialists, providing guidance and coaching to improve performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, response times, and first-call resolution rates.
- Collaborate with senior management to set departmental goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with company-wide targets.
- Provide input into the development of comprehensive reports to inform business decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members, helping them to grow professionally and develop new skills.
**Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a customer-facing organization.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing response times.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
