Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in construction project management.
  • You will be responsible for preparing detailed constructional drawings, negotiating and securing technical and statutory approvals to achieve timely project delivery.
  • As a Technical Project Manager, you will also identify and resolve complex technical design and constructional problems.

Requirements:

  • Strong Technical knowledge base from a Technical Design background of either architectural or civil engineering.
  • Educated to HNC / HND in a construction related qualification.
  • Knowledge of the housebuilding industry preferably gained with a high volume house builder.
  • Exposure to mixed-use/commercial schemes.
  • Experience in concrete steel and traditional masonry build.
