Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Strategist to drive employee relations initiatives and support critical HR projects within Oliver Brookes. This role will provide expert guidance on ER matters, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.

This position involves overseeing complex cases, supporting key consultations, and contributing to project delivery, such as TUPE processes and policy implementation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking organisation.

About the Role

  • Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed term contract
  • Contract Length: 6 months
  • Salary Range: £28,000 - £30,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ER matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and change consultations.
  • Analyse issues and offer pragmatic solutions.
  • Support HR-related projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing ER matters.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills.
