HR Administrator

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our our HR team.
**Specific Responsibilities**
Organise and maintain all HR databases.
Update all personnel/training files.
Ensure accurate employee records are in place (hard and electronic)
Ensure all records and reports are compliant with the requirements of GDPR.
Assist payroll department with relevant employment information.
Update security access
Administer HR databases.
First point of contact for all admin related enquires.
Allocate management and supervision access.
Perform system updates as and when required.
Train all users, employees, management, and supervision in line with relevant access levels
Support the HR clerical and administrative function.
Prepare and update HR documents and letters.
Prepare Employment contracts.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Take minutes in HR related meetings.
Support the recruitment administrative function.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel, business activities and performance (staffing, recruitment, grievance, performance evaluations etc.)
Prepare and maintain communication and engagement documents.
Maintain internal communication boards, i.e Notice Boards, SharePoint
Participate and Coordinate HR projects.

Arrange travel and accommodation.
**Reception**
Receiving visitors and directing appropriately.
Answering and screen the reception intercom.
Ensure all visitors sign in and out
Provide basic and accurate information to all visitors i.e site directions.
Contacting relevant members of staff for visitors
Answering, screen and forward incoming phone calls
**Team**
Establish and maintain excellent ongoing working relationships with internal and external colleagues.
Liaise and effectively communicate.
Encourage the continuation and sharing of good practice
Empower people to be proactive in their work.
Promote equality and diversity in the workplace by helping to deliver services which are accessible and appropriate to customer needs.
Promote behaviours in line with the business strategy and culture ensuring compliance with the business’s core values and branding guidelines.

Adopt safe working practices in line with current Company procedures and to undertake appropriate training in Health and Safety
Participate fully in the Company’s Performance and Development process and to undertake training and development relevant to your job.
Undertake any other duties, as requested by management, commensurate with the grade of the post.
**Personal Skills Profile**
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Good IT skills, in particular Microsoft 365 packages, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative and innovative
**Qualifications and Experience Levels**:
Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent experience
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience of Human Resources Admin function
**Desirable**:
- Basic understanding of Employment Law and GDPR.
**Do you have the skills and experience we need?**
Working a 39 hour week
7.45am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7.45am to 1pm on Fridays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
