The Operations Support Assistant will be responsible for completing tasks and scheduling resources to meet companywide targets in recruitment, onboarding, people management and fleet organisation. You will report to the Operations Support Manager and offer support to the wider HR, Senior Management and Operations Support teams.

The business operating hours are between 7am and 6pm daily, we therefore require flexibility from delegates who can cover a range of shifts in-between these hours as per the business needs. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required.

Undertake tasks in line with business needs in a variety of different areas to support Management, HR and Operations Support on matters relating to recruitment, onboarding, employees and resources;
Respond quickly to Operations queries and issues;
Organisation of the fleet vehicles and machinery including booking MOT’s and services, processing vehicle forms, monitoring speeding violations;
Understand HR and company processes;
Provide an efficient administrative service including collating, inputting and maintaining data on Word and Excel;
**Skills and Experience required of the Operations Support Assistant**

Previous experience working in a fast-paced organization with a diverse recruitment / training / operations background

Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve issues

Reading comprehension to understand technical and legal materials.

Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously

Experience and ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

A level/Graduate level numeracy and literacy

A high level of confidentiality

Salary range - £24k - £26k per annum
