About the Role

Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Person-Centred Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operational management team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred support, empowering service users to make informed decisions about their care and wellbeing. You will work closely with the Senior Management team to develop and implement operational plans, manage staff resources effectively, and provide respectful care and emotional support to service users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and promote the best possible outcomes.
  • Managing risk and maintaining a safe and organized service environment.

We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a warm and empathetic approach, and a strong commitment to promoting dignity and respect for all service users. You will have a solid understanding of mental health legislation, services, and interventions, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.
