Personal Care Provider

Solo Support Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced personal care assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our family members in a live-in capacity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:This is a live-in position requiring a flexible work schedule, including weekend and evening shifts.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our family members, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe living environment, perform household tasks, and engage in social activities with our family members.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be around £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on the number of hours worked.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, Continuous Professional Development opportunities, and six weeks' holiday per year (pro rata for part-time positions).
Overtime may be available, and employees can join the Company Pension scheme after three months' service, subject to scheme rules.
