We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and care settings, promoting independence and empowering them to live fulfilling lives.
Job Description:
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care tasks, including washing and toileting, administering medication, and encouraging diet and fluid intake
- Promoting independence and supporting service users with daily living tasks
- Completing documentation to a high standard and maintaining accurate records
- Using Prestige's call monitoring service to stay up-to-date with service user information
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of personal care tasks and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to a full UK driving license and a reliable vehicle
