Job Title: Community Support Specialist

As a Community Support Specialist, you will be working in the Burnley area, supporting individuals who require daily assistance in their communities.

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who possess at least six months of experience in supporting Service Users in the UK. You will be committed to enabling individuals to achieve their goals and live a healthy, positive lifestyle.

Your responsibilities will include:
