Live-in Support Worker

Solo Support Services is hiring a skilled and empathetic individual to support our family's needs. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and companionship in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:This is a live-in position requiring a flexible work schedule, including weekend and evening shifts.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our family members, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe living environment, perform household tasks, and engage in social activities with our family members.
Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation package includes:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.75-£16.25 (depending on the shift)
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, Continuous Professional Development opportunities, and six weeks' holiday per year (pro rata for part-time positions)
- Overtime may be available, and employees can join the Company Pension scheme after three months' service, subject to scheme rules
Please note that this position requires an enhanced DBS disclosure and is exempt from the provision of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
