Job Title: School Support Worker

We are currently seeking an experienced School Support Worker to join our team at a prestigious Alternative Provision School in Burnley. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of students aged 11-16.

As a School Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering one-to-one support, working closely with pupils across all key stages, and contributing to a safe and supportive learning environment. Your strong behaviour management skills and dedication to making a difference will enable you to build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality one-to-one support to students
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to promote student well-being
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide additional support to students with EHC Plans, ASC, and Social and Emotional Behaviour Difficulties
