Youth Support Worker

School Youth Worker
We are working in partnership with a Secondary SEMH Provision in a local area to recruit a school youth worker.
Your role will be to work alongside children with challenging behaviour or SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health).
To be successful, you must be:

- Patient and caring
- Humorous
- Flexible
Working in these settings can be challenging, therefore, you must have a keen passion in supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and wanting to remove their barriers to learning.
Applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
